| Staind - 14 Shades of Grey I've listened to this CD for about 5 straight days. I imagine most fans of 'Dysfunction' won't like this one so much since its more melody and ballad-ish. I wasn't sure if I'd like it at first either, but once I listened to it a couple times I really began to like it, now I can't stop listening to it. Its better than 'Break the Cycle' by far. |

+26 Internets | Yeah, I think it's pretty good too. He can really frigging sing, and their song writing has gotten a lot better as well. Not a big fan of some of the softer songs (I hate Zoe Jade or whatever it's called, wtf is with rockstars and songs about their kids all of the sudden?), but Layne is one of the best songs I have heard dealing with Layne Staley or Kurt Cobain (Jerry Cantrell has several songs that touch on both as well). Nothing new, original, or groundbreaking about the CD. Just a good solid album. |
