Console - Dolphin Dos

Martin Console is a German musician doing very climatic electronic tracks. The core structure is a standard rythm + bass + melody but the sonorities are purely synthetic, and if some sound like instruments, most feel just like arranged noises.

An easy way to hear a track by Console is to listen to the last Björk album, since Heirloom is her singing over Crabcraft.
