tickets.com sucks?

It is technically music related since I was trying to get show tickets, but long story short, I went to order tickets thursday (its not 1230am friday) and I couldn't order for delivery 2 weeks before the fucking show. Naturally, me being who I am, I call up and complain and they say it has something to do with the webster. So I call up Webster's box office and they tell me it's tickets.com policy not to ship out tickets 2 weeks before a show unless you pay 25 fucking dollars for overnight shipping. Now, knowing that it tickets are always made the day after the order is made and the fact that U.S. mail is rather quick or at least as fast as fed ex or UPS.

Besides that, why the hell don't they have the fucking ability to print your own tickets? (something even lesser companies have been using for a while now). To put it in perspective, anyone from CT knows we have three venus. Toad's Place, Webster Theater, and Empress. Empress is low quality/pay at the door. Webster and Toad's are even, but Toad's service let's you print your tickets online. Also let it be known that I've had problems with my tickets THREE times (once they tried to fuck me by charging me processing/shipping fees for a second pair when the first never arrived).

I'm just about fed up with them, but it's not like I have a choice. My big issue is 2 weeks before a show, I can't get a confirmed hard copy of my ticket sale and that bothers me. Anything can happen. For those curious, the two shows are 1/10/07 alexisonfire, saosin, the sleeping, senses fail and 1/18/07 Thursday and others I don't know.

Anyone else had issues with they fucking snively bastards?
