It's totally different than the Strokes but at times he goes into moments that are totally Strokes like, when the part "forgive them even if they are not sorry" starts it feels like a strokes song again, but then quickly shift away again. looking forward to the album very much now.

+58 Internets | the song in the video isn't actually on the album as is, its the background music to the song "glass". I do dig the album though, any strokes fan should definitely grab it

| The album sounds like pretty much anything coming out of New York these days. Major label electro-indie pop trying to convince itself they're on Ed Banger or Warp records. It's not the worst thing i've listened through, but I doubt it'll get played much again. |

+9 Internets | 4 Chords of the Apocalypse has a really good build to it, it struck me the most on first listen. But I think we all know the main purpose of this is a vehicle to get Juliian's voice & lyrics on an album, it is unique there is no denying.
