Nah that's not me, just of an example of the warm sound I'm going to be shooting for and how nice that guitar sounds.

That's what I love about jazz. The piece that guy's playing is so simple, but it's all in the hands that gives it any sort of body. I could play that no problem, but if I did, I'd sound like a shredder reading off of a Mel Bay book. Jazz is just one of those things that I can't get my head around, and it infuriates me to no end. I love it, I can technically play it, but I can't make it sound like Jazz.

Some of them suck, but there are lot of great ones. For hours of blues-box fun, check out the House Full of Bullets BT.

I got a '66 Fender Vibro Champ for free. My friends' dad had it sitting in his basement for almost 30 years and I installed/set-up their surround sound system. They gave me that amp as payment.

apologies for the cell photos.. this is a late 80s or early 90s ... maybe mid 90s i dont really know...yamaha FG-110. its been beat to hell and i'm thinking of putting it into retirement lately but it breaks my heart to think of doing so. this cheap ass guitar has been to lots of places and thru lots of during its 19 year ownership by me. including a few of many adventures such as truck bed travel, rain, dew, blackout drunkardness, abduction followed by scroll sawing of the acoustic hole and then recovery of abducted guitar, scratches, drops, bangs, one vehicle crash, a stabbing (of the guitar not of the owner), hardware replacement, cigarette burns, and harsh criticism.

this box is a survivor

Peterson tuner app for the iPhone. Naturally doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but pretty damn handy for $10.
