Beck - Sea Change

I wasn't really into beck during his prince-ish funk period, but I'm really into this new one.

It sounds like he's been listening to the Unbelievable Truth (their debut was a pretty nice set of mellow songs like this one, with the same sparse arrangements with strings)

So singer/songwriter, it makes me think of Jackson Browne / late for the sky when I hear it

i agree, new album is great. listen to mutations too if you like this cd, mutations had a lot of mellow on it that was good listening.
