+4 Internets | I don't think I ever heard a song by Sublime. Can someone try to explain what they do and why (s)he finds it great (or not)?

| Sublime did an excellent job of fusing reggae, dub, ska, and punk, and when he was sober enough to sing, Brad Nowell had an amazing voice. Other good songs by them: Garden Grove Bad Fish We're Only Gonna Die (it's a Bad Religion cover, and in my opinion, better than the original) Don't Push Doin' Time It's also one of the few bands that I can put on a CD, and listen to it all the way through, because there's very few crappy songs on there, and they're generally short enough to sit through. |

| I got the self titled album and really like it. Would have been interesting to see how they evolved as a band had they lasted several years. Personal faves: Caress Me Down, Seed and April 29th, 1992
