Collaborations

I've always enjoyed when a singer from one band collaborates with another band. For instance when I went to a Disturbed concert and Chevelle opened, David Draiman came out to help sing the chrous for "The Red".

It's obviously not hard to find the ones that are released to radio (Like Amy Lee/Seether's Broken) but I was wondering if anyone knew a good way to find ones like the one I mentioned above, where it's more an impromptu concert collaboration.

Like some database of collaborations out there? I don't think there is one, unfortunately, because that would be cool.

I realize I'm not following the original intension of the thread but I see this more going along the route of "Good Collabs, name em!".

The most recent collab I've come across and love is a track on Dallas Green's newest City & Colour album w/ Gordon Downie, entitled, Sleeping Sickeness.

It's actually quite surprising the number of musicians that lend their talents / vocals to varying albums and remain uncredited for it. Can find a lot of info cruising Wiki on many different bands and their albums.

It's fine if people start listing off good collabs, since it suddenly becomes easier to find them through nefarious means if I know what to look for.

Bowie and NIN. First is Hurt during a concert and second is a music video of another song they did.

I really liked the Peter Murphy / TV on the Radio / NIN version of Bela Lugosi's Dead.

Also, I've always liked the Jurrasic 5 / Nelly Furtado song Thin Line.
