It's online and everywhere as of yesterday.

I am currently listening to it so I won't give an opinion just yet, but I figured I'd start a thread to discuss and to let people know it's out there now.

Yet another collection of the same leaks that have been around for 5+ years now it appears, plus maybe some new.

God the studio version of Better sucks ass... the live recordings had way more promise than this junk.

i've never heard the live versions, but i'm 3 tracks in so far and i like what i'm hearing.

Yeah so far finding it a bit weak. These are all Studi masters so the Quality is fine. The drum sections sound terrible,like he's trying to pull off the sort of slow NiN style rythym tracks and trying to sing along to it, just doesn't work with his voice. I love me some GnR , Love them ,but these 9 songs one listen through just aren't doing it for me. Better I liked best I guess, and IRS is alright,some of them are just ... wtf was he thinking?

Yeah that pretty much sums it up. I knew he was going the synth route and all. I recently read Slashes bio and in it learned that everything in Use your illusion 1&2 that wasn't a guitar ,bass,drums,piano or Axls Voice was put in via Synth by Axl. The guy spent many many nights in the studio alone putting in all the orchestra elements, the choir's etc etc. Those albums were phenomenal and so I really expected this album to be like that but with more time for his genius to work.

Maybe it'll grow on me, or maybe I have just outgrown that era, but I don't think that's the case. I liked what VR was putting out, not a ton but some was good, them with Axl I am sure I would have loved so I think maybe I have just outgrown crazy Axl =/

How the mighty have fallen... this album is pure trash. Axl can't sing for shit anymore. There are at least 3 songs on it that became so annoying within the first minute that I had to skip to the next track.

Not to drone on what everyone else has said, but did anyone else notice the mix has his voice smack in the middle of all that fucking synth to cover up his loss of vocal power?
