In almost all college courses that assign papers, if you turned in a paper with the same amount of copy-pasta as Girl Talk you would not only receive an F for the paper, you would be dropped from the course. Your professor would give you a stern talking to, and it would be made very clear that they do not tolerate cheaters in their class.

Girl Talk is deserving of being shat upon due to their apparent lack of talent and creativity alone.

Sure. It's a free country. If they can find someone to sign the contracts, it's all theirs.

Two points.

A) Girl Talk is one guy, not a band.

B) I know a lot of people like to shit on musicians who are unoriginal or untalented, so if you're coming at it from that perspective, I understand. You're probably in the majority. Personally, I couldn't give a shit how talented some guy is if he makes music I happen to like.

People have been doing mashups and remixes and building songs on top of plagiarized samples for decades.

Here's what I want you to do:

Make a list of about a dozen songs that you actually like, and in one week I (some random person) will mash them up just for you. Okay? But no cheating and picking uber eclectic shit that barely borders on music to begin with. Pick about a dozen songs that you truly want to hear mashed up.

I may or may not be able to work with everything you pick, so go ahead and pick a few extras if you want. I also reserve the right to add bits and pieces of songs of my choosing too.

I was really excited for this but I am not a big fan of this album and the stupid fucking chipmunk voices he used the entire time. The mashing of the songs in general are also fucking awful and annoying. Who let the dogs out followed by eminem lol? It seriously feels like a retarded kid made this by copying and pasting random parts of songs into fruity loops and than set vocal speed to high for 3/4 of the play time. I see this being a huge hit the next time the FBI wants to force a group of people out of a compound though!

Big step back when compared to his Night Ripper album.

Originally I thought Night Ripper was better than this, but this was still a good album. The beginning of this album is just so awesome and it gets stronger and stronger into the later tracks. I think it's probably a better album now, which is saying a lot
