| For cardio stuff I'm a big fan of Muse, nice calm stuff with good beats. For weightlifting nothing gets the job done like Behemoth, Nevermore, In Thy Dreams, and Hypocrisy

| Danzig (self titled album) Monster Magnet - Dopes to Infinity Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power Slayer - God Hates Us All Iron Maiden - Killers for some reason, that lineup of albums simply gets me pumped and I don't even realize I've been working out for a couple hours. When I stop I feel like ground beef on one of its worse days. Def. not something I would like to repeat more than every few days hah.

| No gangsta hip-hop in this thread? I like to listen to music that makes me want to shoot someone while I am working out. I don't like to think nice things when I am working out. So for me Wu Tang, Method Man, 50 Cent, some Eminem or anything else where they are talking about mass amount of homicide is good. Most of the working out I do is either with weights or Karate, so its all about relatively short bursts of energy for me. |
