| Am I alone in thinking when I hear Coldplay going "I liked these guys better when they were called Radiohead..and didn't suck." Maybe I'm alone in this, but to me Coldplay is a less talented, more whiny and emo Radiohead. |

+2 Internets | Wow, I didn't even know this was going on, but would partially explain why it took over 2 hours for me to get out of the parking lot: Radiohead: Flooding Forces Fans To Circle Parking Lot For 3 Hours DCist: Radiohead @ Nissan Pavilion: Stormy Weather That's fucking crazy. |

+26 Internets | I don't see the similarity nearly as much as Coldplay's detractors claim to. Woo, they're an english band with a lead singer that does a mean falsetto, must be a rip off amirite? At least they've got a sense of humor about it. I heard an interview where Chris Martin was relieved to be working on their fourth album, because now they could just rip off their own sound instead of continuing to rip off OK Computer. The funny thing is, Radiohead was largely written off as a mediocre band (Nirvana-lite) with Pablo Honey and The Bends, until the video for Just went fucking huge along with Fake Plastic Trees. So I guess in short, everything is a repost. Last edited by Eomer : 05-16-2008 at 08:54 PM. |

| Weather couldn't have been any more perfect in St. Louis. My only complaint is they didn't play "The National Anthem".

BTW, the Dallas show was the best live show I've ever seen. And on the same note, for anyone who went to the Dallas show, I imagine quite a few people missed part of the show since all the highways leading to the venue were backed up for a few miles. We had to exit off, whip out my friends iPhone and mapquest ourselves a back-route to get to the show right on time. Between Houston & Dallas, I saw some of my all time favorite Radiohead songs. "Optimistic" both night? CHECK! "Where I End and You Begin" in Houston & "Wolf At the Door" in Dallas? Check! Closed out the Dallas set with PARANOID ANDROID!!!! (Plus Prismatic beautiful colors). Jesus Christ. Seeing Radiohead two nights in a row has to be better than any music festival this year. period.

+8 Internets | Did anyone happen to order their tickets from w.a.s.t.e. Merchandise Official Homepage? If you did, happen to recall how long it took you to get your tickets? I ordered mine from the pre-sale back in the beginning of April, it hit my credit card on April 10th, and I still haven't gotten my tickets. |

| My sister ordered tickets as soon as they were available on the w.a.s.t.e site (February or early March, I think) and didn't get our tickets until the middle of April for the May 14th show.

| I never liked the "Creep" Radiohead. They've admitted that that sound wasn't really "them" and it was written to get on the Radio. OK Computer & Amnesiac were more my style. My all time favorite Radiohead song is below, and the video just makes it even better. Radiohead - Pyramid Song |
