| Converge - No Heroes Just picked this up, only gave it one listen but so far i'd say I like it more than you fail me but less than jane doe. The guest vocals on the ~9 min track bug me, but it finishes strong. Theres a few sing alongs that will be fun at shows but nothing like The Saddest Day. If you like Converge then you'll most likely dig it, id say its less of change than they have displayed on each of their last albums, style wise it also seems to be somewhere in the middle of jane doe and you fail me. If you dont like converge then nothing here will make you like them. Packaging is cool as usual.

| Converge is incredible. I bought jane doe and never really listened to it, I really need to. I was always way more partial to "Petitioning the empty sky" and "when forever comes crashing" I heard the new stuff on "No heroes" sounds great, need to buy it though. |

| How'd I miss this thread >< I got this CD for Xmas and wow, good shit! Jane Doe's still the best Converge CD, but they are all good because they all sound different - this one definitely didn't disappoint. Simas pretty much spot on about the 9 minute song... but I didn't really dig the long song on Jane Doe either. Hellbound, Plagues, Bare my Teeth, No Heroes, and Vengeance are probably my favorite tracks off this one so far. This album sounds more like You Fail Me than it does Jane Doe. Quote:
Man I love converge!
