| They should have tried to get KISS for the halftime show or at least a Kiss cover band, would have been better than those three ancient monkey's dancing on my screen. And the national anthem was ... horrible.

| That superbowl all in all was just ass =/ The Stones really need to just quit while they're uh, ahead or something. My friend was watching it going "dude, I think that guy with the guitar was in Dawn of the Dead." and he knows jack about the Stones. They sounded like crap, while Mick Jagger seemed energetic as hell, the show itself simply lacked everything that gets you excited. Waaaay bad choice for halftime.

| I think the telling message was when Jagger said, "We could have played this song at Super Bowl I". Good grief, that's an old old song -- and you could see what they were trying to do, getting all historical with all of the Super Bowl MVPs and such, and what band today is more historical than the dang Stones? Those guys have been rocking since decades before, I would venture to guess, most of this board's contributors have been alive . That being said, I didn't think they sounded all that great, and like Rezz said, while Jagger looked as energetic as I am sure he was back in the day, it just didn't seem like their best performance by far. |

| If Mick Jagger would have worn a shirt that covered his stomach, it would have been better too! But yeah, I'm not a major stones fan but I can pick out songs I know and like from em with relative ease. Much love for Paint it Black, even if I think the Tea Party does a superior version~

| I thought that both the pregame show (this in particular was atrocious, you have STEVIE FUCKING WONDER on the stage and barely let him sing) and the halftime show were awful. The Stones in particular looked old, tired, and off their game; I saw them in Seattle late last year and they looked and sounded MUCH better then than they did last night. |

| I'm not racist towards blacks but my god the political correctness of everything up to the game with the pregame show and national anthem. They both sucked. For the tribute to Parks and King I thought it would be a good time to go take a piss.
