Free DJ sets (electro/techno/house)

Well, been comming across some rather good DJ sets on the net avail for download.

A few noteable ones are.

Tiefschwarz - Part 1 - Part 2

Very good techno mix with a heavy touch of electro, but good electro, not cheeze-80's casio-keyboard electro.

The Dukes - mp3

The Dukes, are a local-toronto god-like duo of a DJ. Their live sets are a bit more banging then this mix, but this gives you a good taste of the techno-goodness that they can serve up, one of my fave mix's the past while.

Engine Robot boy meets Mr Brick

Engine is another damn fine local (Toronto) DJ. Every time I hear his mix's, I get a deep pang of guilt for never actually seeing him spin live. His mix of micro-house and glitchy-electro drips of sex. His Robotboy mix is amazing, but no longer hosted online.

Bill Youngman - some set

Bill Youngman is a techno DJ, but of the clunky inhumane 'rythm out of machine sounds' type of techno, this mix sounds like your computer ate acid and is trying to revolt against you.

Fred Everything Earplugs

This mix is probably bound to have the most 'mass appeal' of these ones. He's a house DJ Hailing from Montreal, he puts a unique spin on the already unique flavour of house that Montreal puts out. Typically, I hate house, but mix's like this make me realize that the genere /can/ actually be quite good. He gives me hope in house music.

Oddmyth - Not in so many words

Another Toronto DJ. Just came across this mix today and enjoying it, its a mix of tech house and some minor influences of electro toss'd in for some gritty goodness, he manages to mix from a melodic progression to clunky techno sounds and back and do it smoothly.
