Radio station managing program?

I listen to about a dozen different internet radio stations and was wondering if anyone knows of a program to easily managed them all and switch between them. As of now, I have to launch the station's website when I want to change to a different station.

Also, if anyone listens to BBC radio, is there a way that you can save their streaming content? For example, they host concerts and shows for 7 days and some of them I would like to download and save but can't figure out how since BBC uses a browser pop up as a player and streams the content without any options to save or modify it.
