What are some songs that you guys find incredibly emotional, something that really speaks to you? For me, songs like Three Libras by A Perfect Circle always get me. At the end when he really seems to be putting himself into his song with, "and I threw you the obvious" is just incredible to me. All flavors welcome obviously.

"It's So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday" by Boys 2 Men. When my best friend died I would just listen to that song, he seemed to mean alot more to me after that, I would really listen to the lyrics. Now when I hear it I just breakdown.

emotional music, as in: "what music moves you?", not necessarily the genre of music known as "emo"...

"I Am A Rock" - Simon and Garfunkel. The lyrics remind me of how I was growing up. I can really relate to the song's meaning as a whole.

Opeth. Every song by them really, but if I had to pick just a couple then Serenity Painted Black for lyrics and Bleak for the guitar in it... haunting is the only word I can think of to describe it.

For some reason the last stanza of "White Cluster" from Opeth hits me kinda hard - reminds me of Braveheart's ending.

Converge's "Concubine" makes me want to destroy everything

Massive Attack's "Angel" is overplayed as fuck now, but still good. Godflesh's "Angel Domain" and "Frail," The Haunted's "Forensick" (good spoken word song, outro riffage is just badass, nice to hear it live in DOA now) , Atreyu's "Lip Gloss and Black," Tool's "H," fuck I have too many. I'm just too into music.
