I THINK it was arnold schwarzenegger, he was playing the host of a cooking show, but the movie wasn't about him. It was about the president I think. Anyway, the line goes something like "now what you dont' want to eat is...donuts! NO DONUTS!"

Anyone remember what that movie is? :P
