Saw this movie tonite. There were a lot of funny bits but honestly the movie took some really damn cheap outs.

What started out as a tight script really began to come unraveled about 2/3rds of the way through. Instead of two or three very interesting characters, what we have left at the end of the movie is... nothing. It's a lot of dramatic work to get nowhere. The movie builds up nicely but then instead of coming down gently it crashes to the ground right at the height of the plot.

With that being said, however, seeing Jack Nicholson and Adam Sandler singing showtunes in the middle of morning traffic in what I presume to be New York City is hilarious.

Plus hot lesbians. REALLY hot lesbians. But anyway, what did you guys think? I was pretty let down by this movie at the end.

the lesbians? no not worth $6, you could just go to a porno site for that much for a month

but i think over all the movie was atleast worth a rent, louis guzman (is it guzman i don't remember) is so funny

Jack is the only thing worthwhile in this movie. Everything else is total shit. Sandler sucks.

Adam Sandlers is the funniest man to ever walk the earth. i fucking love the part where they're on their way to boston and jack nickleson breaks the car window takes the parking break off and puts his info on the dudes winshield....then the car ends up falling off the fucking building.

and the part were jack nickleson is in adam's work and jack see's the guy with the apparently huge dick and he's like 'yo you're letting your girlfriend be best friends with someone who looks like he could satisfy a blue whale',man i almost pissed myself laughing there~

and yes those lesbians are fucking hot,i'd hit them many times! :P

Jack Nicholsan, and the Buddhist Temple scene, were the redeeming factors.

Saw it at the $1.50 theater late summer. Left a bad taste...kind of like "well, it was cheap, but that sucked 2 hours of my life."

Both of those examples were 2 funny Jack lines, Sandler had nothing in this movie or 90 % his other ones.

I agree, Sandler does suck. Most people who think he is funny are people that have the IQ of a baboon in a drug induced coma.

He does have some golden moments though. Happy Gilmore has quite a few of those.
