Scary Movie III

Caught the advanced uber-employee screening of it tonight. I'm kind of tired and je veux me tripoter avant que je vais au lit, so I'm going to be brief.

It had me entertained and laughing throughout the entire movie. There were no boring slow expositions and it was all just humor. It was definetly worth seeing. It's unfortunate that most of the funniest moments were in the previews, but oh well.

The quality of the comedy is good at first, with the intro, then it kind of goes down after the "I can sense when danger is near!" because they do some really low brow jokes, but it picks up again, delivers in it's prime, sinks a little towards the end but definetly have an open mind.

I saw the 1st Scary Movie, but not the 2nd one. The penises in the first one made me never see the 2nd one, and I'm happy to report there are no penises in this installment. There is pretty much no nudity at all, mild language (everything up to the F word, including the F word itself, once) but it's a little bit graphic. I think there is one instance in which smoking marijuana is seen, but I think it was actually just a hooka (then again you can pack a hooka with marijuana). They also mention crystal meth once, which, when they did, was funny as hell. Overall PG-13 is a perfect rating because 13 year olds should be able to handle it.

I'd say take the kids if they're mature.

but 2 sucked anyways.

I'm no homophobe, but the sheer disgusting worship of the male organ present in the first one really turned me off to the entire concept of Scary Movie. Then again, it could be because I saw it with my dad. Talk about uncomfortable.

I'm not a homophobe, but I don't like seeing two guys have sex. If that makes me a homophobe in your dictionary then I think you need a new dictionary.

It has nothing to do with impressing people on the internet, but having to make a judgement call on weather or not to let a fucking 13 year old see scary movie is ridiculous beyond belief. I really feel sorry for any kid who has parents that dont let their 13 year old kid watch that.
