Intolerable Cruelty?

Anyone seen this movie? This girl wants me to go see it with her. I think it looks decent, and it is a coen brothers movie, so I should enjoy it. But, wanted to know if anyone else had seen it and could give there opinion.

Looks like crap from the trailers.

Then again Kill Bill looked like crap from the trailers so who knows.

It´s a nice movie to go see with a girl.

It got some great lines and jokes, and most the of the people in the theatre where laughing most of the time.
(so it wasn`t just me who found it funny)
And Clooney certainly does have a knack for making cardboard characters believable and likeable.

It`s no Fargo, no Big Lewbowski and no Blood Simple though.. it`s alot more mainstream.
The trick I guess is to not expect a Coen Movie.

I figured it wasn't going to be their best ever, but the coen brothers on an off day are still better then 99% of the movies being released. Your definitely right about it being mainstream, the girl isn't the type who would have liked fargo or lebowski, but this looks appealing to her. :-/
