I havn't seen a thread on this yet so I figured i'd start (OMG MOVIE REVIEW NOT ANIME LOOK OUT!) one.

Michael Caine and Robert Duvall give fantastic performances. Haley Joel Osment does really well even though he's out of his "cute young kid" stage. He's definatly got talent. The story doesnt' just center around a kid coming to live with two aloof great uncles either; part of the story is a history of the two brothers told to Haley as he's trying to learn about a certain quirck Duvall's character has. The story(of the old men's past) is interrupted at certain points and, along with Haley's character, leves the auidence saying "GAH, I want to hear the rest."

This year has been really lax on good movies. I think this was the first movie i've been to since Matrix Reloaded . This movie is definatly worth seeing and even better if you have a girlfriend because you can get chick-flick points!

I liked this movie as well. I've seen almost every movie that's out right now since I see 'em for free, and this one stood out as being one of the better ones.

It wasn't perfect, though. There were parts where the plot felt thin and forced, and there were things that I think shouldn't have been included at all. Overall, though, I do like the movie, and I would recommend seeing it if you're in the mood for a "feel-good" movie.

I kind of want to see it, but doubt I will until it goes to the buck fiddy theater.

The gripe I have against the commercials for it is the "BEST FAMILY FILM SINCE FINDING NEMO!!!" critic review. So it's the best family film to come out in the past MONTH? =P they could've found something better.
