"The most controversial film and the somethingrather film festival"

What the fuck is this movie about? All I see are Asian kids acting all black, gangsta and wild, randomly saying the words Bomb and Yeah and WOOHOO! really loud, with hints at sex scenes. Please, someone explain this to me.

It's NOTHING like I expected it to be.

Prior to seeing the movie I watched the previews, read the ebert review and thought it was going to be a great date movie with high school comedy etc...

However, the movie turned out to be a dark film with little comedy and strange occurances that I would have never expected in the film.

Graphic violence and murder...
Sex was not really in the film... well... not really.

All in all it was an excellent movie..just NOT what was advertised and DEFINATELY not a date movie.

My only complain is you never really knew what Ben thought about all the shit that just went down, kept his feelings kept inside and never expressed them. Maybe it was done that way on purpose, but jesus you gotta say something after all that.

I saw it at the cinema a few months ago, and really really liked it, I'll probly buy the DVD.

its a pretty good movie and i guess to some it might not make sense but to those who really know asian boys who are in those types of situations/areas you live in, it can be very close / true.

i'm viet and all, and the stuff they do arent really what i do, but sorta how they do it, reminds me of alot of asians in houston. pretty much all the high school kids around my area lol.
