Lt. Col. Danny McKnight played by Tom Sizemore in blackhawk down would totally be one bad ass dude. Not many characters in a movie Ive seen that would stand upright and not take cover in a firefight or anything that he does in that movie. He seemed extremely calm in such an extremely chaotic situation. I know BHD did happen irl but some of the stories could be fabricated some to sell movie tkts/dvd's, so if all that stuff did happen irl then I dont know of any true life bad ass than Danny McKnight.

I know the movie sorta sucks but "The Juggernaut" in 13 Ghosts was a badass. The little nerdy guy will glasses in Alien Resurection is pretty awesome when he keeps walking as the bad guy unloads his pistol into his chest.

Chow Yun-Fat as Li Mu Bai in crouching tiger hidden dragon, I think that bringing a stick to a sword fight and winning is more impressive than a knife to a gun fight.
