Dumb and Dumberer

Okay, I cant wait for this. The first movie was just so stupidly funny, that I couldn't stop laughing at the potty humor. When they showed this before Two Towers my jaw hit the floor.

The trailor for Bruce Almighty comes on, and I am like wow, this looks like it might be a decent Jim Carrey movie. Then the teaser for When Harry Met Lloyd : Dumb and Dumberer pops up.. and my jaw dropped. I have waited for this moment for years. So after TTT, I come home, jump on net, and look for info.. and guess what?....

Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels arent in the movie. It is new actors, new writer, and new director. I knew the thought of a Dumb and Dumber sequel, after I saw that teaser, was too good to be true. Sad Indeed.

that sucks

when the preview came on at TTT people were cheering. There was just a general aura of excitement when people saw it.

The X2 trailer got the biggest props when I saw TTT the first time. Closely followed by T3.

When I saw it tonight, X2 got the nod again and Bad Boys 2 (which I didn't get to see the first time) was probably the 2nd best recieved. No T3 trailer at that showing.

I saw TTT at different multiplexs the last two nights.

X2 had the BIGGEST cheer at my theater. But, when T3 came on everyone, including myself, were imitating Arnold prank calls. Then he says that stupid line in the end of the trailer, "She'll be back." Trailer was ok, but almost laughable. I don't think it is going to be as huge as T2.

Dumb & Dumberer = Stupid. No Jim Carrey or Jeff Daniels. No footage either.

They had Final Destination 2 trailer and that was ok. Then Darkness Falls shows up. Tooth Fairy agros on a small town and wipes the floor with everyone. Cool.

But they're making the movie when they were kids in school stuff, so Carry etc are too old for that..

Well that STINKS..

They need to make a sequel then, this prequel idea is fucked in the head with different actors.

I read a while back that Jeff Daniels didn't want to do a sequal so they scrapped the idea in favor of a prequal.

Every single preview, except Pirates of the Carribean (orlando bloom?), at the Midnight Showing I went to got boos.

Dumb and Dumberer was just the worst of the bunch... made me angry more than anything else because it kept going for a full minute.
