| The Salton Sea Has anyone else seen this movie? Was at Blockbuster Video the other day and saw it on the shelf. I had never heard of it and quickly dismissed it as one of those "straight-to-video" rentals that you grab because there's nothing else on the shelves. But being a fan of Val Kilmer, I thought what the heck, let's give it a look-see. I was pleasently surprised. The cinematography was very good (especially the first 15 mins). The story is original, and Vincent D'Onofrio's character is a straight up freak. It was pretty good movie overall. Anyway, just curious what others thought of this movie. |

| I loved this movie. "These are my guns, all sales are final all prices negotiable." The gun dealer was the best character in the entire movie, I loved the part where he explains all the guns, the one if you want to impress the ladies, if you want to straight out kill etc... Even without the black dude it was a really good movie. Even though I guessed the plot about 20 minutes in, it was still a very entertaining. And Piggy was straight up disturbing, no nose from doing to much Meth is just fucked up. phat |

| Good movie. Too bad is wasn't advertise as much. Val Kilmer did a pretty good job and the story was actually interesting.
