| Back to the topic at hand, I hear Nemesis is quite good. From what I have heard its back to feeling like a MOVIE and not an extended TV episode like the last few movies. It was finally written by someone who makes movies (the person also wrote Gladiator and a few other big movies) and is directed by a movie director and not one of the episode directors who got a shot at a movie. Yes he hasn't done anything way groovy (US Marshalls and Executive Decission) but at least those movies didn't use that crap gen X quick cut style. Anyhoo, I'm not much of a Star Trek series fan, I just enjoyed the movies, and hopefully this is a return of those MOVIE stories and not crappy extended episodes, I can't wait.

| Duncan Mcleod will NEVER be as good as connor! NEVER! er, I mean, B4 will NEVER be as good as Data! ...I would've figured Picard would be the other one to get killed. Hell, the last movie basically ONLY featured him...no picard = no more tng! alas for the days when star treks nerds argued over how in episode 89A the exploding phaser shoock the entire enterprise, yet CLEARLY in episode 167-C and exploding phaser didn't even damage the surrounding carpet!!! T'Pal has big boobies indeed, though. |

| There was a Wesley Crusher scene filmed for the movie but was edited from the final cut because of time constraints. As with many films the first cut was to long and the Wesley scene wasn't essential to the plot. Quote:

| T'Pal is played by Jolene Blaylock(sp?). Personally, I like this character a lot more than 7 of 9. Probably because Vulcans are more dynamic characters than Borg, though it could be that Jolene Blaylock is a better actress than Jeri Ryan. I forget the name of the books, but there were a couple that went into some very excellent history of the Vulcan species, outlining the transformation from a volatile splintered culture to the logic loving one that made first contact with earth and joined the Federation. And yes, Millie has l33+ beta infoz. Millie == Smedley la~ |

Let's not forget that Wil Wheaton rocked in Stand By Me, which is one of the best movies of the 80s. I can forgive him Wesley Crusher if only for the sake of that one movie. | |

| It's wilwheaton.net and I read it everyday. That's how I learned about the cut scene from Nemesis. It's your run of the mill weblog except it's about Wil Wheaton. Alot of it has dealt with coming to terms growing up a child star and the massive backlash people directed towards him as a person based solely on his TNG character. He was being brutalized by rabid Star Trek fans at a young age. It's a fantastic read he is an awesome writer and tells great stories. I'd highly reccomend checking it out. |

| I think punching him in the head for playing wesley crusher isn't quite sane... but i stand by my original statement! There's something about only putting one L in Will that makes it...unnatural. |

| The only thing Voyager had going for it was The Doctor. Watching his progression from the typical hologram in the early episodes to a full fledged crewman who was nearly human in the later episodes was pretty cool IMO. Awesome character development if you ask me and much better done than Data in ST:TNG.
