| Collapse - Nov. 6 For the past few months, I've been reading about and watching every video on google and youtube about Peak Oil, and I came across the trailer for this movie: YouTube - Collapse Trailer Graphs from the Energy Information Administration (EIA) on page 2 of: http://www.peakoil.nl/wp-content/upl...ch_Monthly.pdf and page 33 of OPEC's Sept. 09 monthly oil report show that world oil production was flat from 2004-2008 (even though prices were increasing) and may have peaked in July, 2008 when oil was $147 a barrel. I didn't see Michael Moore's movie because I don't think capitalism is the main cause of this recession. I will, however, be going to see Collapse because I think peak oil is. I just wonder when the mainstream media will acknowledge that it is possible we may have hit peak oil. Last edited by Fooba; 10-24-2009 at 10:07 PM.. |

+13 Internets | Just bring this over to the LATOC forums. No one here is going to engage you in any meaninful conversations about PO. You'll only find ridicule, willful ignorance, and comparisons to Kug and Lumie on FoH. |
