Couldn't stay angry at Bruno for long though despite how much the ppv cost, as stated elsewhere, Tyson for his first run and the start of his second run was just fucking awesome in a can. I'll never forget Berbick doing the crazy chicken dance as his big heart tried to make him carry on but his body had just had the punch of its life delivered to it.

| This isn't playing anywhere around me. I really want to see it.

1. Tyson was a boxing prodigy and a physical phenom 2. Outside influences, drugs/partying, and extreme ego brought him down. Not boxing. Tyson lost the fights at the end because of partying, predatory managers/friends, and just a huge sense of overconfidence. With a trainer and manager who had his best interest in mind, maybe if Cus had lived longer, I think Tyson would be unquestionably right next to Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Muhammad Ali, Nolan Ryan, and all the other unquestionable "best evers." Whereas now, there's always that room for doubt since his personal life destroyed his ability to fight smart.

| Has balls of steel. | I really enjoyed this flick a lot. He really had someone to live for and his mentor lived for him but when he died it all went to the shitter. It's too bad, he seems like a nice guy who went with the wrong crowd and got too full of himself in the process. |

| Mike Tyson is the class A example of how surrounding yourself with the wrong type of people can be detrimental to your success. In his case, it was to the extreme, as he went from the highest of highs to where he is now. The first couple of times I saw him fight, he had this aura of strength, power and rage. You felt sorry for his opponent because you look at him and you look at whoever he was fighting and think there was no chance. I think that's why the Buster Douglas fight has to be considered one of (at least top 3) the greatest upsets ever, in any sport. |
