They previewed a new movie by JJ Abrams at the begining of Transformers. It looked bad ass. Anyone have a clue what it's about? They didn't give a name or anything in the trailer.

Bit off topic, but George Romero's new film "Diary of the Dead" is supposed to be using the same "first person" perspective as Cloverfield. Basically one or more principle characters filming the entire thing with home video cameras, with cool fx etc mixed in. Looking forward to both.

At the credits section, it's called: "Bad Robot"

But, I thought it was a kick ass trailer.

Bad Robot is the name of his production company or something. You will see it at the end of any episode of Lost or Alias.

I saw the trailer in front of Transformers, and it definitely looked interesting. I think it looked like Godzilla though (not sure if they would make one right after the original/maybe a sequel?). They never showed it, but it fit the context and in the trailer the kid is leaving for Japan (with gracious shots of sushi, etc).

I read over some of the posts from the link and some say it's going to be Rampage the movie. Others are saying it's going to be Voltron. Who knows. I still think it'll be a new Godzilla movie.

Damn I spent 5 minutes on that thing and feel I already wasted too much time. The simple solve the glowing ball thing to get an answer makes me think it's not Godzilla though

For the second part, use the right star to see the alphabet, then spell "Haas" on the machine thing (HA in the vertically rotating part and AS in the horizontal ring).

On the next part, bored at work so I'll post if i figure it out.
