| Invincible (Robert Kirkman) Robert Kirkman - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia "Paramount Pictures has announced that they have bought the rights to produce an Invincible feature film, and that they have hired Kirkman to write the screenplay" I've been reading this comic for a while, along with all the other things that Kirkman writes. I love his writing style and I hope that they go forward with this movie. Anyone else excited about this? |

+10 Internets | It's been in the works for a pretty long time according to his letter column at the end of the comic every month(PENvinciPALS!). It's a pretty generic story overall, but the writing, art, and details are just great. I'm just not sure how well it could be translated to film. Without Ottley's art it won't look right. The fact that Kirkman is actually writing it really bodes well, but I'm unconvinced they could do it right. The setting is way more comicy than other flicks. The villains are mole men and other crazy shit, there's other heroes popping up all the time. Everything is sort of intentionally kitschy. Enough rambling. A page for your enjoyment!
