Apparently Arcee was supposed to be in the first movie but because they didn't feel like trying to explain the existence of female transformers, she never made it in. So all we have of Arcee is that character design that was posted and a toy.

Speaking of Transformers toys, what the hell is up with Transformers Animated? Everything in regards to that series looks like complete ass.

Optimus Prime
Starscream
Grimlock
Ultra Magnus is the only one that looks kind of cool but he looks nothing like G1.

In regards to the movie, Grimlock must make an appearance or I'll be extremely disappointed.

Need some "Me Grimlock king". And of all the season 3 autobots they could have chosen they took Arcee? :\ Springer would have been so much better, triple changers ftw, oh well I guess I'll be happy with Grimlock and the Constructicons.

Well this might be the one we get to see Shockwave in (I kind of remember the makers saying he might be in this one), who for me was always the coolest of the transformers.

I see that section whatever guy is going to be in it, so the crazy slapstick comedy is there for all of us !

And we get to look forward to the Army totally stomping the Decepticons again I suppose.

I will not be paying to see this myself, unless the reviews are really good, good luck to those that do.

I mean seriously, what more could they have done with Soundwave? A boombox has little relevance in 21st century America but was the shit back in the 80s. So, imo I think they did ok although this doesn't bode well for Laserbeak and Rumble/Frenzy appearances.

I agree with the voice thing as well, it better be spot on or it's going to be fail.

Even the title is stupid. The first one was one of the most godawful poorly-written movies I have ever seen, nevermind the incomprehensible fight scenes. I have little to no hope for the sequel.

Those toys look like fucking dogshit. All plastic, bulky, a mere shade of the awesomeness they once were.
