| Go Dawgs! | I've gotta say, the amount of hate this movie is getting from reviewers is hilarious and entertaining. People are complaining that it's too long when it's only 6 minutes longer than the first, and they're complaining that there's too much action. I mean, seriously? Too much action? Looks like a lot of the same stuff that people hated about the first, they were expecting Citizen Kane from a movie based on a toy line of giant robots who fight each other. |

| For Fucks Sake All these people who said they hated the movie before it even came out, went and saw it. You all are retarded... The movie is fucking awesome. I thought it was great!

It was a given that every person who has bitched, pissed and moaned about the movie would go see it regardless. All the hate is completely unwarranted and just people jumping on the "Hate Bay" bandwagon. Since you know... lemmings have nothing better to do. Complaining about "too much action" is just childish nit picking. People expecting life changing experiences in a fucking Transformer movie need to be crucified and repeatedly punched in the cock or cunt. As I've said before since when did action and explosions become a bad thing? All the complainers and faggot asses need to stick your Pixar shit if you can't handle the action anymore.

+12 Internets | Again with RT, its just a tool to give you a general idea of the movie. And that all depends on how you use it too. Transformers 1 got 57%, and now Transformers 2 is sitting at 23%. Only about half of the critics have put in there review, so it could go up. Lets say it doesnt, and comes out to 25-30% Rotten. Thats a tell right there. I mean a sequel that looks like it has MORE action, MORE explosions, MORE robots, and MORE Megan Fox being Megan Fox end up with a lower rating then its predecessor...? Some of these critics gave it a Fresh rating the first time around, and thats with knowing who directed it, and what kind of summer blockbuster action flick it will be. Now they are giving this sequel a Rotten. Looks like to me the movie changed moreso then there opinions on what a good summer action flick is. Anyway, I just follow about 3 or 4 of the same critics that seem to have the same taste in movies as I do, and I look to them for my reviews. More times then not, we're in agreement.

| Better than the first, but still not going to live up to any form of hype Transformers does (should?) have. Lots of explosions, death and destruction. More robot battles although they are spread out across the 2.5 hour movie. Hey, guess what, there's some actual backstory! Human focused scenes were mostly cheezy, cliche and/or comedy, but the parents (mother especially) did have some better one liners this time around. There was only a handful of Megan Fox full body shots, the bike and clothes changing scene in the trailers, plus a slow mo running scene towards the end with some breast bounce. Rest of the time it was mostly neck up, although the college scenes do have some other hotness. 7.5 / 10. Bay still needs to work on smoothing out the editting, script writers need to focus on shifting the emphasis of the 2.5 hours.

| I saw it, it was pretty dam funny at parts, but man how many plot holes could they put in one film? I know movies rarely follow original stories but i couldnt help but think "How the fuck did they come up with this?". By the time the ending was coming up i was already baffled by some choices made. Not to mention the transformers are running around with gold doors for teeth and saying the word pussy. At any rate the movie was still good, and the theater was beyond packed. The length didnt bother me but because of some things i found very over the top (hi ending?) il give it a 7.5/10 which is still good i guess. Also fake couple behind us got yanked out for trying to conceal their camera, was pretty fuckin amusing when this dude suddenly came up to them and guy tried to chuck the memory card into the crowded seats. |

| Lets be realistic here, if you like the movie good for you but... Nobody that is sane is looking for a Citizen Kane OR life changing experience when seeing a movie like Transformers. Thats just fucked up shit you are making up to try and feebly defend whats is most likely* a piece of shit movie. What people with realistic expectations are looking for is a movie that has entertaining action scenes that make sense, characters that you like and a story/plot that is engaging enough that you don't feel so bored out of your mind watching it that you start to pick holes in it. For example Aliens proves it is possible to go and watch a movie AND have expectations. If you think its wrong to go watch a movie without having expectations just because its Micheal Bay or McG then you are totally retarded. *I say likely as I refuse to pay money for a) a shit movie and b) to provide any kind of encouragement to the studios to keep making crap like this. |

+1 Internets | Liked the first one, like nearly all Bay movies and went in to this one last night expecting to like it. Walked out with expectations met. When the first one came out people were bitching about not enough robot time, that the robot fights were a blaze of motionblur and fast cuts so this time he gave us what we wanted...giant robots fucking shit up in fun ways and pretty good fight scenes. The human element was cut back and where done it made sense for the most part, there was comic relief for the lunchbox crowd that was nowhere on the same level as Jar Jar and it actually flowed fairly logically (apart from one or two holes aleady alluded to). As said, it's not a cinematic masterpeice and it wasn't designed to be. It knows what it is and it does its job well in that respect...it's fun, and isn't that why we watch movies in the end? As for the twins, I didn't see where the "black" context came about from people...how they could immeadiately identify them as black characters. To me they were more based on wiggers and poking fun at that culture than at black culture but hey, what the fuck do I know, I only saw 2 cars that were supposed to be Jar Jar level throw aways until the Devestator fight. |

| I liked it, but i wasn't expecting much more then robots beating the shit out of each other and machines transforming. Also that is the same reason i liked the first one, sure the story isn't as good as the cartoons i watched as a child but the one thing i remember thinking when i watched that shit as a kid was "i wonder what that would be like IRL" and these movies showed me that and then showed you them beating the shit out of each other. Maybe my expectations are low, but it had everything i wanted to see, Big ass fucking cool looking robots beating the shit out of each other, explosions, and a big titty hot girl thrown in every now and then. |
