| Here's the best fight scene from Drunken Master. For those that don't know, he prefers drunken boxing but his father doesn't approve. After an episode where he shames his family, his father makes him write "A boat can float in water but can also sink in it" on those fans over and over. So in the final fight with the british puppets he finally understands the meaning, only the stuff he drinks there at the end is fuel of some kind. |

+8 Internets  | not the best fight ever, but I really thought the Bourne Ultimatum fight scene was pretty damn awesome. Blah blah, shaky camera. Eastern Promises sauna fight scene was also up there. Otherwise, agree with everyone else. Old Boy, Drunken Master, They Live = epic.

| There are so many good fights that it is hard to call one the best ever. I loved the ones already mentioned, such as Star Wars Luke vs Darth Vader but there are tons of others that are also fantastic. Rocky vs Drago was awesome so was Rocky vs Creed in Rocky 1 "Cut me Mic". I love some of Bruce Lee's fights, he has a bunch of amazing ones. I really enjoyed the last fight in Kill Bill 1 and some of the Bourne Fights. The first Indiana Jones had a great fight where Indy fights the big German guy around the plane. And I loved a bunch of the fights in Gladiator. Finally I know wrestling is fake (and so are movies) but my little brother loves to watch it and he made me watch a Hell in a Cell match with Undertaker and Mankind and I have to say that fight was pretty crazy, it looked pretty real to me. I couln't find it on Utube but I think my favorite fight is Rocky Vs Apollo Creed in Rocky 1. The fight is just amazing. I watched it again and the part where Apollo knocks rocky down in the 2nd to last round and somehow Rocky amazingly gets back up is legendary. The Look on Apollo's eyes is fantastic he can't believe that Rocky got back up. Then Rocky tells Apollo to come on and bring it and then Rocky breaks Apollo's rib. That scene is just AMAZING and it gets me every time. But in addition to that the fight scene so many great qualities/things: it has an awesome ending, the cut me mic scene is classic and gruesome, the 1st round where Rocky knocks down the champ (who was never knocked down before) is great and the classic music is fantastic. Edit: this was the best I could find in some foreign language: PS: I think another awesome post would be best chase scenes if it hasn't been done before (I forget).

| Roadhouse had some pretty good fights, too. I like the first Matrix 'cause the fights weren't too overly exotic like the last two movies. The Neo vs. Smith fight in the subway station was cool.

+10 Internets | Fist of Legend. Every fight scene was money, but Jet Li crushing the entire Japanese dojo and then their master is pure win. And the roof fight scene from Who Am I is also quite badass.
