Has anyone seen this yet?

I know it's going to get bad reviews because it's that type of film. But I love the Zucker humor (I regard Scary Movie 3 as the funniest of the bunch) and I'm hoping Superhero Movie at least has a good amount of laughs. And Leslie Nielsen always rocks!

It's Friday morning and RT has no reviews -- usually not a good sign but, again, these films kind of have a niche audience.

I always laugh my ass off at the Tom Cruise bit on the previews. Cruise: "He can't fly. I can fly".........News reporter: "Tom Cruise, is dead."

I wanna see this, Leslie Neilson brings credibility to all these shitty spoof films. Watching his slapstick in Scary Movie 3 or 4 (the one that spoofed War of the Worlds?) was great. Bending over naked in front of a host of dignitaries never gets old. It kinda reminds me of that Naked Gun where he is at the 'axis of evil' meeting and wipes the birthmark off Gorbachev's head.

Dragged my GF to this on sat. cause I love spoof movies... THis one was pretty funny.. I was laughing pretty decently throughout it; but then again I'm a big spoof movie and super-hero fan.... Obviously all tehse movies are better as rentals + drunk..... but if you dont mind paying for a movie I felt it was much better than some of the other recent spoof movies...

It's hard to judge these movies by the reviews since they will almost always be negative.

I thought Scary Movie 3 was freakin hilarious ("I've discovered their weakness -- they're powerless without their heads!").

Yeah scary movie 3 had it's moments, esp the end with the scene you mentioned. Also that part where they showed the aliens walking around random parts around the world had me rollin for some reason.

I stopped paying attention to reviews for comedies when the first jackass movie got awful reviews even though I laughed the entire time.

I saw it. It was a pretty funny spoof of Spiderman; a ripe target to make fun of with all the lameness and oversentimental hijinkses of Spiderman 2 and 3 begging to be poked at. This isn't another link in the Date->Epic->Meet the Spartans parody series which are usually pretty shitty. It seems to come from the Naked Gun->Hot Shots franchise. I haven't seen one of these for a long time now.
