I got to see a screening of this a month or so back, and they must be pretty worried about how general audiences are going to recieve it. I'm sure my area was chosen because of "Midwest values" aka "OMG, did they just say 'dick'?", and to see how an audience in our area responded. Of course most of the people that got passes weren't about to be put off by this movie so I am not sure how that worked out for them...

It was pretty funny, but naturally with the subject matter at hand there were some odd spots and uncomfortable scenes where people seemed to fidget quite a bit in the theater. A couple of scenes just seemed somewhat gratuitous, and I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of things get edited in and out before it gets released. I probably should have tried to swipe a questionairre but I didn't think about it until we got outside.

Overall though it seemed to be pretty good considering the difficulty in trying to do a comedy in this vein.

Looks pretty good, im a huge Kevin Smith fan. tho i wouldnt be me if i didnt say the concept is a bit silly. where did they find the money to hire the actors, design sets and shoot a porno when they could have just paid their rent with that cash and kept their clothes on?

Caught the first showing today. I thought the movie was so-so. It had some funny moments, but for the most part it was just meh. If you are a Smith fan chances are you are like me and will see it in theaters no matter what, but otherwise just wait for it on DVD.
