the kid in last starfighter wasnt a loser, he had a job, a car and a girlfriend. he loved the video games too but he had a lot going for him.

nothing beats him playing the Arcade out in the dark with assassin coming for him. I thought the beginning leading up to him being taken to space was creepy.
