Shit, I'd like to see the numbers on the actual percent of Armed Service Members over the past 100 years who even engaged in combat. I'd be suprised if it reached 50%. | |

| I said civil or military. Not in essence "combat troops" and a very small fraction of anyone in the military actually puts bullets into someone. Quote:

| Extremely. And the very notion of the people having to serve the government is downright retaded. The government's sole purpose it to serve it's people, not nice versa. Some people chose to join the military, but that doesnt make them special or some how more enlightened or deserving. Neither would any other form of civil service.

| Well, I was going to make another thread for this announcement but fearing that it will end up like this one, I'll just put it here. Feel free to rename this thread The Shitty Sequel Thread. First you were wowed by an undercover agent with the ability to infiltrate the coolest of surfer dudes. Prepare to have your mind blown by this follow up that takes you to levels of extreme you didn't think were possible. |

| No fucking way... haha! Point Break 2! To the OP: I cant even fathom how they would pull off a Donnie Darko sequel. The suspense trying to figure out what the hell was going on was the draw to the first movie. How are they going to replicate that now???

| Word has it the novel Starship Troopers was supposed to be some metaphor. But the movie? Give me a break. It was for bugs and guns. Observe (note the music): YouTube - Starship Troopers, made better.
