| Wow, they kind of based it off the comics. Sort of, but not really. I think that'll be a good watch on the ole' media center.

+20 Internets | Looks great to me. I loved the Fox Kids X-Men series, and this seems similar, although I think I preferred the old animation style. Thinking it must be a TV series, no way they could fit in so many story lines into one movie. The trailer alone showed quite a few possible arcs.

+19 Internets | is this a made for tv movie or a theatrical release? the animation looks like the same as x-men evolution cute how wolverine is kind of stealing the whole x-men title, sort of like how elmo took over sesame street. Who the fuck is cyclops? I know wolverine has been popular, but why couldn't this just be a regular x-men title?

| I imagine they'll launch the series with like a 90 minute movie (first three episodes) and then the subsequent episodes after that? Some of the animation looks like Ultimate Avengers quality, making me wonder if they pulled in a high budget just for the first few and then they'll fall back to the "Evolution quality" animation for the rest. I'm sort of pissed that they're making Wolverine the leader, seeing as how Cyclops is standing right there, but i read somewhere that this can be considered as a loose sequel to the Evolution series; thusly making Wolverine a veteran at the institute. Either way, its cool to see Marvel getting back into the animation side of things. I just hope this turns out as awesome and as episodic as the old series. P.S. Woo for mutant cameos! |

| Can't say I'm terribly a fan of the animation style, but their were certainl a lot of cameos as mentioned. Looks pretty interesting. But I concur with others, Cyclops is the leader of the X-Men (and when not him, Storm). Wolverine isn't the leader type. But whatever sells. |
