| Pride Never Die | Body of Lies Body of Lies (2008) Looks to be pretty good. I'm not a fan of Leonardo DiCaprio but his last couple movies have been excellent(Blood Diamond, Departed) and this one looks to be really good too. I hope I'm right.

| ill probably go see this just because one of my naval "C" school instructors went into acting and is in this movie, he is playing " SAS commando " . he was a good enough instructor, hopefully hes a decent actor. after watching the trailer pretty sure hes the bald guy in the prison room edit: looks like they may have cut him out of the movie it was listed on his imdb but seems to have dissapeared (travis mchenry) thats dissapointing. ah well ill still probably check it out Last edited by sumdain x : 10-07-2008 at 09:48 PM. |

| I saw a prescreening. It is an excellent movie, I highly recommend it. Everybody is great in the movie, as expected. You will be left thinking about the ending and how the events line up in the movie the next day. Go see, worth the money

Spoiler Alert, click show to read: I saw this over the weekend, I liked it about as much as blood diamond, maybe a little bit less. The best part was obv Leo, but almost as good was the character who was the Jordanian intelligence boss. They really pulled out all the stops to make him as cool as they could. I don't know how realistic or factual some of the events/locations were, but given that part of the draw of this movie is the portrayal of Iraq, it'd be a huge plus if people that have experienced that area agreed with the feel of the movie.

| Meh. Wasn't bad, but wasn't really interesting either. A bit grittier and more cynical than typical spy dramas which I liked.

I also came out of it thinking the Jordanian guy was fucking awesome in this movie. It was basically a character that every single guy in existence would love to be, minus the Chuck Norris ass-kicking part. At first glance I thought he was Andy Garcia, but he turned out to be even better. | |
