Must Have Blu-Ray Discs

So I picked up a PS3 a couple weeks ago to go with my new(ish) HDTV. So far my only Blu-ray movie is the director's cut of "Troy". I just ordered "Planet Earth", "Iron Man", and "Wall-E" from Amazon. What other discs really stand out in BluRay? I have a pretty good DVD collection and I am not a super video snob, so movies that aren't especially visually spectacular I will probably stick to DVD on for now, but I would like to pick up a few more discs that can really show what my 1080P TV + Surround Sound + BD Player can do. Any recommendations? (I don't want Transformers BTW

)

Pixar/Dreamworks movies are great. I have Monsters Inc and The Incredibles and they are awesome.

I just watched Speed Racer on Blue Ray. It was amazing. The colors are so jaw-droppingly vibrant.

Sin City is sick with 120 hertz and really showcases the how well your HDTV is.

300 is too grainy to be a must have.
