| I will go see the Happening I have enjoyed the rest of M Night's movies. Unbreakable and The Sixth Sense were awesome. Signs, The Village and Lady in the Water were not as good but I still enjoyed them. They were very interesting and suspensful at times and I think he tells a good story even if it has some holes or it is really out there. It is a movie and I am entertained by it for 2 hours and his movies do that. I do feel like he gets trapped in trying to make movies with surprise endings and these are really really hard to pull off. Only a handful of movies have spectacular surprise endings in the history of movies and his movie the Sixth Sense is one of these and now everyone expects greatness like that once again and it is so hard to pull off. For example, I thought Fight Club was a good movie but I thought the surprise ending failed. The short list of movies with AMAZING surprise endings that blew my mind were in: The Sixth Sense, The Shawshank Redemption, The Usual Suspects, Saw 1, and Se7en. The Sixth Sense is up there as the best surprise ending of all time and what is even more amazing is that in the previews of the movie we see Cole say "I see dead people" yet nobody ever suspects that Bruce Willis is dead even though we see him get shot by Donnie Walberg in the very first scene of the movie. That ending we had the wool pulled over our eyes and it is soooo hard to duplicate that and that is why his movies fail with some people because they expect that magic, that greatness, in all of his endings but they don't realize how hard that is to make happen. Lightning usually doesn't strike twice they always say. Just enjoy his movies and don't expect another Sixth Sense ending. PS: If you watch the show Entourage on HBo M Night was on an episode and Ari Gold had to read his script it was pretty funny stuff. M Night stamps all of his scripts to keep them top secret I found that interesting.

| Honestly when do critics ever have a clue anyway. I have never listened to a "movie critic" . These are the same types of people that give Brittany spears 3 stars on her latest cd's and such. They are useless. |

| I own Unbreakable. That was a great flick. Signs was ok but I hated everything else he's done, especially The Village. Fuck I hated The Village. I gotta say it again, I really, really fucking hated The Village. That was one extremely shitty movie. Lady in the Water wasn't that bad imo. It was far from great but Paul Giamatti really performed well and made that movie. A lot of the shit that went on was completely retarded unbelieveable but Paul made it ok. I like Marky Mark. He's done some good stuff like The Big Lebowski... I liked Shooter and a few of his other movies too. I think from now on I'll write off anything by Shyamalan unless it gets good reviews across the board here, imdb and rottentomatoes. Hell will probably freeze over first though...

+6 Internets | You are mistaken in your belief that Mark Wahlberg was in The Big Lebowski. |

| A mistake of this caliber warrants a ban from the movie forum. Sacrilege! Seriously, what the fuck? No movie of Wahlberg's remotely resembles the Big Lebowski, and no one in the Big Lebowski resembles Wahlberg.
