Im having a tough time putting Dragon Wars and The Happening in order. I cant figure out which is worse.

dragon wars was bad in a very funny way, i laughed my ass off the whole flick. Happening is just bad in a sad sad way. not one person clapped when it was over in the theater, stunned silence at this shitball. nobody said anything .

In regards to Shawshank Redemption...

What does figurine making have to do with escaping? Nothing. Figurine making was a hobby for Andy. It was actually to make you believe that he had the rock hammer to carve rocks not to dig a hole out and escape. He actually had the rock hammer and rock blanket for that purpose but he didn't think about breaking out untill he saw how weak the wall was when he carved his name. AND you didn't see how weak the wall was until after he escaped. All his carvings were of chess pieces which were in his cell and the prison library. You are wrong dude. There is no way that you deducted that he was escaping because he carved figurines. Once again I call BULLSHIT!

The night he is in his cell after first receiving the rock hammer you see him trying to carve his name in the wall and upon doing so a decent sized chunk of the wall falls out and that is the foreshadowing of him escaping. He even puts the scraps in his pocket and empties them outside in the courtyard daily while no one is watching, scraps of him digging further into the wall after he notices it is weak. The foreshadowing is screaming at you pretty much, not sure how you missed it.

except we dont see any of those scenes until after Andy escapes, Red is explaining how he thinks Andy discovered how he could escape. the hints are when Andy nervously wanted the Rita Hayworth poster and later he explains to red how easy it is to change identities and disappear. In the book Normaden the indian convict tells Red how it was always cold in andy's cell which Red at first thought he meant Andy wasntr friendly to him but acually he was talking about the draft behind the Hayworth poster.
