+15 Internets | Really enjoy watching, it's like the princess bride. One of those movies that you can just watch over and over and it is never old. It gets alot of hate from the movie house though. Actually hate that Director. I was refering masses as far as that movie goes. I hate all of his movies (exception is unbeakable) Neither of those have anything to do with 99 but. Dogma is one of the best films of the past 10 years. You just added that to my 99 list. Quote:

| Best: Kung-Fu Hustle LotR Trilogy Paprika The Matrix Revolutions - Way better than people give it credit for. Good: V for Vendetta Sin City Brick Batman Begins Worst: The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford - Only mentioning this because someone liked this and I don't want anyone running out and seeing it because they think it is good. It is quite possibly the worst movie I have ever seen in theaters. |

+9 Internets | EDIT: Answering Ripe Oh! That's the "french" title I think. The american title is Kung-Fu Hustle, let me change that. But now you are disappointed because you already saw it ![]()

| On a level by themselves: - Lord of the Rings (all of them) - Gangs of New York - Holy fucking oscar snubs batman. I'm suprised no one else has listed this. The rest were really hard to choose from so I ordered them by which I would want to watch most right now, not necessarily the best film. 1. The Departed 2. The Beach - This movie has everything: action, comedy, drama, drugs, gore, sex, tension, videogames... This made me a Leo fan. 3. Syriana 4. Gladiator 5. Black Hawk Down 6. Snatch 7. The Prestige 8. Pan's Labrynth 9. Shaun of the Dead - it just never gets old 10. V for Vendetta Others too recent (I feel like I would unfairly rate them higher) / honorable mentions: No Country for Old Men Sweeney Todd Sin City Million Dollar Baby Scary Movie Blow Finding Nemo 28 Days Later |

| fair enough. i just felt people needed to know that feelings were mixed. i will give this movie a few nods, though. Casey Affleck was so rediculously good at his role in this movie (the coward, mentioned in the title) that I can't ever see him in another movie because i just picture this guy. it is kinda like There Will be Blood except there are characters you can relate to, and they get owned. the main characters in both movies are so brutally difficult to watch and i guess that is the point. I think There Will be Blood did it a lot better, though, but if you don't like one you probably won't be able to get into the other. The pacing is what they have in common the most. Seemingly pointless scenes that drone on and on and on. Not really a movie about the story, more about the characters. But really, it just could have been a lot shorter. |
