David Misscabbage is one crazy douchebag.

GlossLip » Scientology Leader David Miscavige Explains COS Plans To “Obliterate” Psychiatry

I like this little paragraph.

Quote:
If you can wade your way through the COS double-speak and pseudo-sciency sounding lexicon, what Miscavige is saying is COS is waging a war on psychiatry (and winning of course) by publicly discrediting those who practice the medicinal art. On top of that, he also elaborates on how COS has distributed over 70+ million pamphlets worldwide on their literature titled “Way to Happiness” to help those people who are vulnerable, lost or confused and in need of spiritual guidance. Since COS is single-handedly putting the evil psychiatrists out of business, this leaves COS to help pick of the pieces of the shattered remains of the psyches of those who are no longer able to get the medical help they need. However, he failed to mention once COS is done sucking these people dry of both their money and their will, they are indiscriminately tossed on their collective asses to fend for themselves.

I paraphrase here, because I don’t speak Xenu.

yeah to be serious for a moment. The real world implications of an internet community uniting for real world change is definately the beginning of showing the direction of influence the internet will have on daily life.

I'll be honest. This is a nest of hornets that I resist playing with every moment of every day.

This was the tipping point that brought me around to participating. I hate CoS, but to be apart of something historic like this, it might be a once in a lifetime event. The power of Anonymous could theoretically change our country. Imagine if they got riled up enough in presidential elections?

I don't think it's about 4chan anymore. 4chan will be seen as the birthplace for a new freedom of speech. It's like the internet but IRL. People are doing and saying things they would only say online, because they're not afraid of retribution with their fellow legion.

I died a little bit inside when I heard David Miscavaige say, "opperation planetary calm".

Makes me think fondly of that suicide drug they had in Children of Men, Quietus.

Netflix subscribers might want to queue up Millennium Season 2, Disc 3 and watch the first episode on disc entitled "Jose Chung's Doomsday Defense." It's an excellent parody of Scientology from 1996/97.

Wow David Miscavige looked like a CGI animation at that speech. Flawless delivery and could have passed for prerecorded.

I didn't hear David specifically mention Japan as a target city. The taiwanese children waving their CoS pamphlets around is disturbing.

I think its absolutely amazing but slightly inevitable, in my Country in the last few years there has been a steady decline in people watching television, more and more people are choosing to spend their time online.

We are a massive global community, if we can rally together over certain issues we will have serious strength.

The fact it started from 4chan is hilarious though, but thats what makes the internet so fascinating, you just never know what the fuck is going to happen next.

i don't find it surprising at all that this originated with 4chan. i would guess 95% of online fads begin there, and 95% of all the goofy pictures we all love to post over and over again as well. cats saying funny shit? 4chan. O RLY owls? 4chan. over 9000? 4chan. mudkips? 4chan. EPIC FAIL? 4chan. so yeah pretty much everything. unfortunately now its been flooded with new members who are considerably less funny.

it remains to be seen how committed they're going to be. After Feb 10 and COS is still alive and kicking are they going to continue to stick to the issue or will something else come along and distract them.

What will their attention span be?
