Well covering your face with a "mask"(trying to find the definition of what they consider a mask) is illegal in Orlando. It may be the same in other cities so check your local laws. If you are hellbent on going incognito, I would recommend a large hat, sunglasses and a small air mask over the mouth. It is my understanding those things combined are not illegal.
