Arnold in T1 punches a gang banger through the chest, shoots a gun store owner in the face, shoots a few women in the face, and then shoots a whole bunch of cops in the face. He was actually trying to terminate people.

I THINK the reason no one heard it coming was because it flew in on the harvester ship. We saw that it attached to the top, so it probably just detached and grabbed someone right away.

+1. Since we saw it attach to the ship when it was leaving, it isn't a leap to say that it was dropped from the ship and that's how it surprised them.

Have you guys ever heard a jet engine in operation?

I'm no expert, but I am guessing when VTOL jet hovers down over your rickety wooden shack, you're gonna hear it too.

Any of you airforce guys ever stood around when a harrier was landing?

Director == McG not goddamn James Cameron for T4.

The guy probably didn't even realize that gigantic metal robots and jets shouldn't be able to sneak in on people. It makes me think Bale's rant was more of a build-up of being around retards then anything.

This is a movie that can only be enjoyed if you don't take it too seriously, especially the fact that Arnold looked so obv. CG it wasn't even funny.

If it had been decent, I could have easily just enjoyed it.

But, it's like if your favorite sports team showed up, but instead of actually trying to win, they just ran around like retards.

If you get the chance to make a movie out of one of the best IP's of the last 25 years... you should probably make sure you at least score a B-.

Better question for Navy/Marines since it's a Marine jet, not Air Force.

The lack of a clear and identifiable bad guy really hurts. T1 had arnie, and T2 had robert patrick. Even T3 had the hot chick.

We actually had a couple TDY at our base for a couple of weeks, so I got to see them land and take off and shit. It was loud for where I was (admittedly nowhere near where they were taking off at), but not as loud as the F15s can get it seemed like. Those F15s were fucking loud.
