The trailer aired during the superbowl was mixture of Matrix/Tomb Raider.

I hope this movie does not turn into one where Angelina Jolie gets 70% of camera time.

I guess Im not an AJ fan. I didn't like any of the Tomb Raiders movies. There are plenty of hot actresses out there whose mouth doest not look like a wolverine ravished their lips.

I just saw the trailer on my xbmc and damn what did Angelina do? She looks 100x hotter than she ever has in this trailer. I just hope this just isn't a Matrix ripoff.

Well, you can certainly tell Timur Bekmambetov is the director in that trailer. He loved using that slow/stop motion effects style in the Night Watch movies. Didn't realize til just now that Anton from Night Watch is one of the major villains in it too.

Still barely seems to resemble the comic though, which is a damned shame.

Just went and read the comic books and I'm not understanding all the love for the comic version. The first comic is pretty much a rip of of a Palahniuk book and the rest seems to be ridiculous for the sake of being ridiculous. Anyhow, Angelina's character didn't have cat ears all the time. She only wore them when she was in the base.

Of the movie, yes. But not in the trailer. Our trailer is completely different.
