| Michael Clayton Just saw this and liked it a lot. It's one of the best law-related movies I've seen, and there are a number of outstanding performances. It drags a little in places, but patience is rewarded.

| Yeah, I think it's in limited release - only one theater in DC had it.

| saw it in the UK a few weeks ago. I'd recommend seeing it. It's a very good drama. HOWEVER, don't go in hyping it too much (in regard to the reviews): the strong reviews are mainly based on the strong acting. I thought Tom Wilkinson was very good actually (Clooney has been getting most of the plaudits). As a previous poster said, it can get slow in places, but it is worth sitting through. |

+3 Internets | Yeah, saw it the other day too. I was surprised with how well it was put together. It's one of those movies that is hard to complain about even if you'd prefer something else because it's obvious that everyone involved was on their A-game. I wasn't totally sold on a few elements but overall I was really impressed. I've decided that Tony Gilroy (wrote and directed this, also wrote the screenplays for the Borne series) is a lot more talented than whats-his-name that directed the Borne movies. I am not a big fan of the Borne movies but I don't dislike them either. Gilroy seems to have a better eye for direction, the writing was mostly really good, and it was paced well overall. It's always nice to see a director's first movie get so much right.

| I just saw it I enjoyed it very much. I have to say that it was slow in the middle but the buildup and the payoff are worth it. It was well acted and very good. I recommend going to see it. |

| (SPOILER warning) just saw it, pretty standard plot, nothing wehavent seen before and fairly predictable, but really well done. I am wondering if i am missing some obvious allegory or inference between the son's book's name (realm and conquest) and the role it plays in the movie. The fact that an illustration in the book (of the horse and tree on the hill) is what triggered clooney to get out of his car and walk up that hill in amazement (which then saved his life) must have some meaning too, other than being simply a plot device to keep clooney alive to the conclusion. |

| I liked it a lot. Yea the story isn't full of random twists and turns, but the atmosphere and the believability were very good. And the performance by the manic depressive lawyer was great, very funny at times too. And when certain events happen it hits you pretty hard. |

| I have to say that I really enjoyed this movie. I normally do not like George Clooney, but was very good in this role. Tilda Swinton's character was great as well. The ending scenes between George and Tilda was just awesome. On the other hand, my husband (Hatorade) did not like it so much. Thought it was too slow. Oh well.
