Avoid like the plague. A few sorta chuckles but nothing approaching funny. Save your money for video games or your drug of choice.

I'm not surprised in the least. I didn't chuckle at any of the previews, or any other movie he's in that the remote wouldn't change the channel fast enough on TV.

There was a Mr Bean / Rowen Atkensin (as himself) stage show I saw on BBC or A&E that was riot.

When I saw this trailer it just looked...not as funny

not on the same level as the old Mr. Bean tv shows but was mildly amusing. the girl in it is terrible hot imo.

Yeah, same thing with his last Mr. Bean movie, I would reckon. Something about the TV series does not translate well at all to the big screen.

This movie has been on the net for ages, since it came out in the UK first several months ago. I lasted maybe 16 minutes then had to shut it off.

That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.
